  • The smartphone voucher you will receive by email is not your card: your physical card will be delivered on the day of your arrival to your hotel, at the reception desk, before 12:00
  • Scan your card directly at the station/chosen means of transport
  • After using your pre-loaded rides, you can reload the card at any vending machine
  • The credit on your card can be used within 180 days
  • Rescheduling is possible until 24 hours before your visit.
