We arrived 20 early and there was no line. We were told we could not enter until 10 minutes before our scheduled time. When we arrived at at 10:25 (scheduled time was 10:30) they acted annoyed...

We arrived 20 early and there was no line. We were told we could not enter until 10 minutes before our scheduled time. When we arrived at at 10:25 (scheduled time was 10:30) they acted annoyed that we were early. The woman scanned our tickets and views our vaccination card) then sent us into an office where they took our temperature and asked for our passports. Two employees talked to each other then handed our doctors back to us and said we may enter. They acted like they were doing us a great favor. The castle is interesting, but even $5.00 would be the most they should charge!!! Wasted my morning and money to be treated like a suspected criminal.
