Fat Margaret, or Paks Margareeta as it's locally known, is a 16th-century fortification that was built while Tallinn's medieval city gate system was being reconstructed. The building is now home to the Estonian Maritime Museum.

The Maarjamäe History Center is a storied building and a social and cultural hub in the heart of Tallinn. It opened its doors for Estonia's 100th birthday as an entertaining history center.

Located in Tallinn, Estonia, the Kumu is one of the largest art museums in northern Europe. Home to huge collections of Estonian and international art displayed across four floors of galleries and exhibitions, the museum welcomes upwards of 130,000 visitors a year. In 2008, it was the recipient of the prestigious European Museum of the Year Award from the European Museum Forum.
