Bourges attractions

Palais Jacques Coeur is one of Bourges' most beautiful and popular buildings – and it has been since the 15th century. Its eye-catching Middle Age Gothic architecture is as magnificent on the inside as it is on the outside. Visitors can tour the palace either freely, with a live guide, or an audio guide, and learn about the history of its most famous resident, the legendary Jacques Cœur.

Bourges Cathedral, or Cathédrale Saint-Étienne de Bourges, is a large Roman Catholic church located in the French city of Bourges. The imposing Romanesque and Gothic-style cathedral is known for its grand stained glass windows and flying buttresses. It is the seat of the city's archbishop.
