Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park
The LBJ Ranch is the birthplace, lifetime abode, political home-from-home, and final resting place of America's 36th president, Lyndon B. Johnson.
The sprawling site pays tribute to President Johnson's personal and political legacy. LBJ spent almost a fifth of his time in office at the ranch, garnering it the nickname "the Texas White House", and visitors can get a fascinating insight into a slice of American history and southern life by touring the site.
