Schönbrunn Palace: Skip The Line + Guided Tour
Originally intended as a hunting lodge for the ultra-rich Habsburgs (only the Habsburgs could call this place a lodge), Emperor Leopold I commissioned Schönbrunn Palace to be built at the end of the 17th century. In the middle of the 18th century, it was converted into a residence for Maria Theresa, the only female Habsburg ruler. Today, it's a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its glorious gardens and 44 of the palace's 1,441 rooms open to the public. You'll soon see why it's the most visited attraction in all of Austria!
Upper Belvedere Palace
A fever dream of architectural elegance and timeless art framed by breathtaking Viennese gardens, Belvedere is a total must for culture lovers searching for the magic of Vienna. Inside Upper Belvedere, you can expect to see a world-leading collection of Gustav Klimt paintings, including his masterpiece The Kiss. There's also a range of permanent exhibitions which feature Belvedere's history, medieval masterpieces such as the 15th-century Znaim Altarpiece, and an impressive collection of 19th and 20th-century art.
