Our tour guide (Romain) was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided so many interesting pieces of information across a wide array of factors that contributed to the pieces- historical context, artist life, artistic styles, and even comparisons to current social, environmental and political events and ideas. Our group included adults, young adults, an adolescent and a child, and Romain was able to engage and interest all of us. He even recommended videos and a book for more information about a period that I was interested in. Top notch tour with excellent guide.
