People 12 and older are required to show proof of at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized for emergency use by the FDA or WHO for: indoor dining and indoor entertainment in New York City. Starting December 14, children ages 5 to 11 will be required to have proof of (one) vaccination for public indoor activities.
